For many years, Tekmar, Ryder and Pipeshield have built strong reputations across offshore energy and marine infrastructure markets, delivering trusted engineering expertise, technologies and services to customers around the world. As our businesses have evolved, so too has the way we work. Increasingly, we operate as one integrated team, combining complementary capabilities to solve complex offshore challenges and deliver greater value to our customers.
Our move to a single Tekmar brand reflects that reality.
By bringing our capabilities together under one clear and recognisable identity, we can better communicate the full breadth of expertise available to our customers, strengthen our presence in global markets and create a more scalable platform for future growth.
While our brand is evolving, the foundations of our business remain unchanged.
Our customers and suppliers will continue to work in the same way, with the same trusted teams, the same technical experts and the same key contacts they know today. Our underlying legal entities remain unchanged at this stage, avoiding disruption to current contractual obligations. Existing projects, relationships and commitments remain exactly as before, and customers can continue to expect the same high levels of service, quality and support that have defined our business for decades.
